:I just wanted to let everyone know that yellowpearlz is back, but with a different name... my new user name is whitepearlz (as you see), due to the fact that I am the proud owner of a new (new to me, at least) 1993 Glacier White Pearlglow TTZ. Here some quick pics I took when I got it home. I drove it 300 miles in the rain last night and haven't gotten a chance to wash it =) : : : :Yes, the license bracket is going. I still have a lot to do before I'll take her out, including a full tune-up including the 60k maintenance. On a side note, I have never seen an engine so dirty.. I am almsot repulsed. This is a far departure from my NA's engine bay, but it has the original "rust prevention" package which included a lovely smattering of beeswax all over the engine bay... : :Can someone PLEASE tell me how to begin cleaning this crap off. I polished a few parts with my finger real quick, fan shroud and t-belt cover. Everything is new-looking underneath. I just don't know where to start or what to use. Can you guess what I'm going to be doing this winter? =) I'll get better pics in a few weeks when it looks presentable. :~MikeJust use the pressure washer at the car wash. But be careful not to blow any hoses loose. And wait until the engine cools down.
